Drawing on over a decade of high-stakes operational experience—from managing National Grid escalations to leading 24/7 emergency response units—Kurtis architected the C.H.E.S.T. Monorepo to solve the “Unmodelable Risk” he witnessed on the front lines. He is the creator of the SENTINEL Engine and the Governor Loop doctrine.
